A surprise awaits you in the center of a juicy burger with this hamburger recipe. Number of Servings: 6Serving Size: 3 - 4 oz Ingredients:
2 Tbsp ice water 1 tsp Fresh ground pepper and salt to taste 1 Tbsp Hot salsa 1 Tbsp Parmesan cheese 1 Tbsp Chili sauce 1 Tbsp Minced jalapeño peppers 1 Tbsp Bleu cheese 1 Tbsp Teriyaki sauce 1 Tbsp Marinara sauce 1 Tbsp Minced sautéd mushrooms 1 Tbsp Hoisin sauce 1 Tbsp Minced smoked ham 1 Tbsp Minced roasted red pepper 1 Tbsp Feta cheese Preparation InstructionsMix together the ground sirloin with the water, pepper, and salt. Form into 12 small patties. Place 1 tablespoon of desired filling in the center of each of 6 patties. Top each patty with one of the remaining patties. Seal edges to secure filling inside.
